NINE PRINCIPLES OF ECOSYSTEMICS

1. Sovereignty is to be forfeit from all nation-states, and power to be forfeit from all industrial firms and conglomerates, military and paramilitary organizations and religious organizations(as distinct from Religions), (except for those of the Ethelenian Realm and the Heavenly Queendom) and returned to Heaven and Earth, or the potentially infinite multiverse/Infinite Pancosmic Omniverse and the only living planet in the local group of galaxies, which the Global Conservation Authority and The Civilication of Human Arts and Sciences, Mathematics and Technologies, Religions and Philosophies are privileged to serve.

2. Earth is the ultimate spaceship which orbits the Milky Way, which in turn orbits the Virgo Supercluster of galaxies, which in turn is travelling in a unique path through the Cosmos, and at present this spinning orb is grotesquely out of internal balance.

3. The current techno-industrial civilization is based on the burning of fossilized darkness, whilst the future civilication which succeeds it can only based on the empowerment by light. Satellites orbiting the sun on Mercury or closer to the sun than Mercury can beam back sufficient solar energy for all the future civilisation’s needs at a major level, whilst natural movements and exercise by people alive and well can generate sufficient energy of a kinetic nature for all future individuals’ personal needs. It is like succeeding incandescent light bulbs with fluorescent light tubes. Or vinyl and celluloid with digital electronics and laser discs.

4. Built-up settlements shall occupy only 8 % of terrestrial earth surface, agricultural and horticultural activity areas 32% and zones of purely natural vegetation and geological formation shall occupy 60% of terrestrial earth surface, and this ratio of 8:32:60 is the optimum ratio of geographic organization for the future global and cosmic civilication.

5. The global population of humanity shall be fixed at 3 000 000, and in order to achieve the optimum population level of a future civilication, in industrialized countries, all couples must reproduce with only one child, and in all developing countries, purely random lotteries must be held for the reproduction of 2 children per 10, 50 0r 100 couples by the authorities, until such time as the optimum figure can be reached, wherewith every couple shall be restricted to the reproduction of 2 children to maintain the equilibrium of 3 000 000 globally, no more, no less. In the intervening time, as the ratio of the aged to the young increases exponentially, robotics must be developed to very sophisticated levels in order to care for the transitional generations.

6. All money shall be abolished as a medium of exchange, and the distribution of goods and services of a future civilisation shall be based on the principle of from each according to their abilities, without detriment to essential self-interest, and to each according to their needs and legitimate desires, without detriment to the community and the natural environment. GCA credits are not money but philosophical and mathematical formula for calculating the real worth of goods and services in global and holistic terms.

7. Immediate reforestation in all continents is necessary and contingent in order to avoid climatic catastrophe and in order to return to the ideal ratios of geographic distribution. Likewise all deforestation must cease from purely natural areas with immediate effect.

8. Agricultural production shall return to more natural and sustainable methods and every person shall consume a mostly vegetarian diet with animal protein intake only once a week.

9. Except for items designated as cultural, artistic and religious treasures, all artificial produce of a future civilisation is to be endlessly recycled, as is the case in the natural world.
